Técnica At The NSA 5th Annual Banquet Gala

Once again Técnica Systems congratulates all of the National Supermarket Association of Florida members for another spectacular Gala. The 5th Annual Gala was celebrated on December 5th, 2015 at the InterContinental Hotel & Resorts with Mardi Gras as a theme.

It was a colorful event and everyone seemed to have a smile in their face at all times. This year Técnica was honored to be given an award for the “Company of the Year” and our President, Pedro Penton, gave a speech thanking the NSA and mentioned some of the accomplishments throughout the year. We’ll try to keep up to the high standards our partners expect to maintain a top-notch service.

Hope 2016 keeps surprising us and is as exciting as 2015 has been.

Técnica At The Taste of Colorado Food Show

On October 16, 2015 for the first time Técnica participated in the Taste of Colorado Food Show hosted by Colorado Boxed Beef at the Omni Orlando Resort.

The show gave customers and vendors an opportunity to expand their business while having a little fun with their lively themes, activities and entertaining dinners. We presented our latest POS technology Solutions with a 20X10 foot booth accompanied by our partners, Arnaldo Martinez, with Zebra Technologies, and Luis Febles, with Bizerba.

It was a pleasure for us to be part of their 40th birthday and we are optimistic to be with them in the next year’s show.

Técnica At TheRealDeal 14th Annual Quirch Buying Show

This year’s Show was on Friday, September 11th at the Fontainebleau Hotel located at 4441 Collins Avenue Miami Beach, FL from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Over 1,000 independent and chain retailers from throughout the U.S. and the Americas attended the event showcasing nearly 100 booths. This show offered retailers the opportunity to book discounted purchases from some of the biggest suppliers in the business.

Técnica was present, as a proud part of the Quirch Family, showing the latest POS technology Solutions with a 20X10 foot booth. Some of the latest technology of our trusted partners, like Zebra Technologies, Hewlett Packard, VeriFone, Bizerba and Datalogic to name a few, were exhibited at out booth.

Once again, the Quirch show has proven to be a great success for the entire retail industry and all of its partners. We look forward to next year’s event to be part of, what many consider to be, the best private wholesale show in the industry.

On February 26, 2015 Bravo Supermarket opened its newest store located at 1621 N State Road 7 Lauderhill, FL 33313. Técnica At The NSA 2nd Annual DSD Trade Show

The NSA has sponsored the 2nd Annual DSD Trade Show! It was launched on August 27th, 2015 at the Milander Center.

This event provided a great opportunity to all vendors, brokers, manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, food managers, supermarket owners, importer, merchandisers, advertising agencies, distributors, and trade association officials seeking to establish or improve their relationship with South Florida independent supermarkets. It focuses on current and new international, national, regional, and local companies looking to serve the independent supermarket industry.

As a proud sponsor, Técnica was there supporting the event and partners every step of the way. We showcased POS latest technology and merchant services’ EMV certified terminals for all merchants to be EMV-ready by October 2015 and advise that if they are not ready they could face much higher costs in the event of a large data breach.

It was an excellent show and we’re looking forward to the next year’s event.

Técnica At The Associated Grocers of Florida Summer Trade Show and Power Buy Session

On August 6th and 7th, Associated Grocers of Florida presented their last show of 2015! It took place at the Doubletree Miami Mart Airport Hotel and Exhibition Center were 247 plus booths of the best of the food industry and more were together in one place to help businesses succeed.
They showcased a wide selection of meats and poultry, their variety of Private Label Store Brand items, to the Freshest Produce in the South Florida Market, Associated Grocers portrayed many products for any Supermarket. Also a vast selection of non-foods such as disposables, supplies, general merchandise, specialty foods, HBC and equipment and the latest innovations in food safety. It truly is “The Premier & Largest Food Show in the Southeastern United States”.

Like every year, Técnica was there as an enthusiastic partner and we showed our latest POS Solutions and technology. We know shows like this one truly give us the opportunity to show what we have to offer and keep close contact with the customers.
