President Supermarket Store #37 – Grand Opening

On May 14, 2015 President Supermarket opened its new store located at 1225 45th Street, Suite 300, West Palm Beach, FL 33407. Many important members of the town of Mangonia Park attended this grand opening, including the Mayor William H. Albury, III.

Técnica applauds Presidente’s accomplishments and keep following their growth to support them every step of the way with the latest technology of POS systems. We also would like to express our most sincere appreciation for giving us the opportunity to walk alongside with them on the road to success, and hope they continue expanding in the future!

“Técnica at the NSA Golf Tournament & Scholarship Dinner Ceremony”

On April the 29th Técnica attended the NSA Golf Tournament at the Weston Hills Country Club. This event benefits the NSA Scholarship Fund to help several students in the South Florida area to achieve a college education. Técnica participated and gave back to the community by raising money to aid this new generation of students; furthermore, we enjoyed the company of many sponsors and friends.

At the dinner ceremony Carlos Hernandez, NSA Executive Vice-President, and the NSA President, Rodolfo Fuertes, gave an introductory speech about this memorable event made possible with the support of sponsors. Further on, the NSA Board awarded the students their corresponding scholarships. There was also a raffle for the students, and Técnica donated two laptops to provide them the opportunity to have the tools to succeed with the modern technological advances. It was a day to remember and feel proud helping students thrive in their education and strive for a better future.

“Business Symposium” Merida, Yucatan Mexico

On April 22nd, 2015 Técnica attended the business Symposium to meet and network with business leaders and representatives from the Government of Mérida, Yucatan Mexico which took place at the CAMACOL.

Many important Mexican delegation were present and spoke about the business opportunities currently available in the capital city of the state of Yucatan. Entrepreneurs, investors, and business people were welcome to attend the presentation.

Betty Gradera, Corporate Relations Events Manager (Camacol), coordinated the ceremony, and Mario O. Gutierrez, President gave some welcome remarks at the beginning of the speech. Among the special guests from Merida were Renan Alberto Barrera Concha, Mayor, and Felipe Riancho Camara, Director of Economic Development, who gave a special power point presentation about the growth and history of the city.

Técnica enjoyed, not only the instructive presentations but the company of the participants as well. We hope to undertake numerous projects to flourish in the POS world; furthermore, we wish success for the businesses starting and the future plans to make Merida prosperous city to live in and start new businesses.

Conference “Rescata tu Poder Mujer Latina”

On March 25, 2015 Técnica sponsored the conference “Rescata tu Poder Mujer Latina” that took place at 1401 West Flagler Street Miami Florida 33135. It was coordinated by women’s right activist, Irma Sanchez, who is currently director of Latin America Invest Miami in the development of business and media. She is also an ambassador for brands that have enormous social responsibility, such as Inca Kola brand from Coca-Cola, and joins them in philanthropists projects to empower women and help American foundations.
In the conference many successful women and supportive men shared keys, stories and strategies on how many women have managed to achieve great opportunities to build the life of their dreams. Among them were Rebecca Flores Peña, director of community marketing in South Florida of Coca Cola; Virgilio Sanchez, member of CACM human Group; Marita Astete, owner of the Aromas of the Peru; Marger Sealey, successful Latin singer, and many more.
It was an educative meeting in which we learned how many women managed to be successful unveiling their power and reinvest their energy in themselves.
Beside us some of the sponsors were Inca Kola, Camacol Latin Chamber of Commerce in the USA, Aromas of Peru, Yogurt4You and many more.

Técnica At The Associated Grocers of Florida Epic Savings II Trade Show and Power Buy Session

On February the 19th and 20th, Associated Grocers of Florida presented their first show of 2015! It took place at the Doubletree Miami Mart Airport Hotel and Exhibition Center were over 247 booths of the best of the food industry and more were together in one place to help businesses succeed.
They showcased a wide selection of meats and poultry, their variety of Private Label Store Brand items, to the Freshest Produce in the South Florida Market, Associated Grocers portrayed many products for any Supermarket. Also a vast selection of non-foods such as disposables, supplies, general merchandise, specialty foods, HBC and equipment and the latest innovations in food safety. It truly is “The Premier & Largest Food Show in the Southeastern United States”.

Like every year, Técnica was there as an enthusiastic partner and we showed our latest POS Solutions. This truly was a very productive and memorable show; so, certainly we will be assisting the future ones and together we’ll keep going strong along the way.
